HPC 420 CERTIFICATION
We are ready to certify your system in the HPC 420 Global Standard (Home, Laundry & Personal Care Products).
HPC 420 is a global standard for a quality management system for home, laundry & personal care products, HPC 420 is based on the PAS 420 Standard, owns, and publish by Foundation HPC 420, based in the Netherlands.
The standard is available to all supply chain of the HPC in these categories, regardless of size and complexity, whether profit-making or not and whether public or private.
The scheme is intended for the auditing and certification of HPC safety and quality management system, covering:
- Sector A: The manufacturing of home care products (e.g. detergents, fabric, softener, dish washing tablets etc.)
- Sector B: The manufacturing of personal Care products (e.g. shampoo, lipsticks, cotton pads, soap)
- Sector C: (Bio)Chemical manufacturing (HPC ingredients e.g. vitamins additives and bio-extracts (but excluding technical and technological aids of the manufacturing process)
- Sector D: The manufacturing of the HPC product and packaging (e.g. direct, indirect contact with the HPC products).
*Transport and storage on site and as part of and operation are included.
The system adopts a focus based on risks, totally integrated for the manufacturing of HPC products, also, include raw materials, materials for packaging use in manufacturing, covering all supply chain from de process.

Closing of Non-Conformities
After the audit has ended and only when it applies, the organization will send evidence that corresponds to the closing of the detected non-conformities, which will be reviewed and approved by the auditor.
Certification Committee and Issuance of the Certificate
The Certification Committee will confer to review and approve the issuance of the certificate. Once it has been authorized, the certificate is issued and the its delivery is planned.
