Global Standards, S.C., (hereinafter “GlobalSTD”) with fiscal address at Pedro Moreno No.1677 4th. Floor, Of. 3, Colonia Americana, C.P. 44160, Guadalajara Jalisco, Mexico, informs you that the personal data you provide us with, such as your contact information, will be used solely and exclusively to follow up on the process of Audits of your Management System and/or Contracted Services, to invite you to the events that this firm carries out, or to send you various publications by GlobalSTD, in addition to the communications, as well as for commercial prospecting.

GlobalSTD informs you that your personal information collected (contact data) will be stored in electronic and physical files and subsequently stored in our program known as “GPS” and “COS” (customer operation services). GlobalSTD treats your personal data in accordance with the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and responsibility in terms of the provisions of Chapter II Article 6 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and Chapter II of its Regulations.

GlobalSTD informs you that, in order to prevent unauthorized access and disclosures as well as to maintain the accuracy of the data provided to us and ensure the correct use of these, we use appropriate physical, technological, and administrative procedures to protect the information collected. The personal data provided by you are stored in controlled databases with limited access, in accordance with the provisions of Article 48 of the regulations of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
